SHOW NOTES:

Sometimes when we think of “relationships” we only think of the romantic kind. Remember that everything you’re learning on this podcast and along your self-worth journey can be applied to all other kinds of relationships.

Bullying in friendships can be hard to see. It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that to be somebody’s bestie you have to back them up at every turn. Supporting somebody you love does not mean always agreeing with them. A real friend will be honest with you and will allow you to be honest with them.
